The newly developed intelligent combination weigher Alpha Advance series (abbreviation: αA type) has stepped on a new level. The operation is easier, the structure is more durable, the weighing range is expanded, and the accuracy is higher.

The Alpha Advance series combination weigher weighs faster, with a 10-head weigher up to 75wpm and a 14-head weigher up to 140wpm with higher accuracy.

The modular drive unit contains high-performance Yamato strain sensors and a stepping motor drive system.

The hopper and linear vibrating plate can be easily removed or installed without tools.

The main vibration plate sensor can carry a load of up to 150kg, and the hopper has good rigidity and is not easy to deform during maintenance and cleaning.

Self-check function: Important system status, including voltage, input/output status, software version and analog/digital converter, can be monitored and diagnosed through the color touch screen operation interface.
