The multi-column counter is a new generation counter developed by Shanghai Yamato with Japanese technology and CCD linear camera.
Compared with the traditional dual-channel simultaneous counting, the new-generation multi-column high-speed counting machine can count at most 8 areas at the same time, and can realize high-speed counting without increasing the number of cameras and controllers.
Features:
■ 8 areas are counted independently at the same time:
Use one camera to achieve simultaneous counting of up to 8 channels, each channel can count independently, and the speed is doubled compared with the previous dual channel method of large and small feeding.
■ Packing multiple varieties and different products in the same packaging bag:
The 8 channels can correspond to different products. Count different types of products separately and put them into the same packaging bag to achieve accurate mixing and packaging of different products in proportion.
■ Applicable materials:
1. Counting and packaging of capsules, pills, tablets and other drugs;
2. Counting and packaging of fine seeds such as vegetables and flowers;
