Shanghai Dahe Weighing Apparatus Enterprise Association for Science and Technology Holds Training on Intelligent Manufacturing to Help Enterprises' Digital Transformation

On August 28, 2020, the series of lectures on “Transformation and Upgrading of Weighing Instruments in the Internet of Things Era” organized by the Shanghai Dahe Weighing Instrument Association for Science and Technology in Pudong New Area in 2020 supported the continuing education project officially opened.
In this lecture, Professor He Yafei, the head of the Department of Engineering of Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, was invited to give a lecture. The topic of the lecture was "Intelligent Manufacturing Helps Enterprise Digital Transformation and Upgrade".
Professor He's teaching content is mainly divided into five aspects:
1. Overview of smart manufacturing,
2. Intelligent manufacturing technology,
3. Campus shared bicycle products,
4. Bicycle intelligent assembly process,
5. Case introduction of smart manufacturing factory (laboratory).
Professor He’s explanation is lively and interesting, based on reality, and extended from domestic to abroad, deepening our understanding of the concept of intelligent manufacturing.
When talking about intelligent manufacturing technology, it happens to have something in common with the company’s ERP, MES, and AGV vehicles.
It greatly aroused the enthusiasm of the majority of scientific and technological workers.
Professor He is teaching
After a short half-hour break at noon, Professor He visited the factory under the guidance of the company’s vice president Zhang, who is in charge of intelligent manufacturing.
Professor He visited the sensor workshops that implement the MES system and the smart warehouse with AGV trolleys. He also highly praised our company's intelligent manufacturing for being at the forefront of the manufacturing industry.
The company’s vice president Zhang said that the company has encountered some bottlenecks in the implementation of these intelligent manufacturing processes, and hopes to have the opportunity to further enhance the company’s intelligent manufacturing level through cooperation with universities.
After visiting the workshop, Professor He entered an intense teaching process. In the afternoon course, Professor He focused on the intelligent assembly process. The assembly process is the core of intelligent manufacturing. Therefore, how to design a set of intelligent manufacturing process is to integrate the product An important core link from paper-based smart technology to actual smart technology.
Professor He combined digital twins and 3D glasses technology to interpret the intelligent manufacturing process with a large number of videos, making the lecturers feel like they are on the scene, greatly expanding their horizons and deepening their impressions while feeling the shock.
